By purchasing from www.seven14designs.com, you agree to the following policies, terms, and conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to read and understand these policies in full before making a purchase. Seven14 Designs is not responsible for misunderstandings due to failure to review this information.

Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 11 AM – 5 PM EST
Wednesday, Thursday: 12 PM – 5 PM EST
Closed: Saturday, Sunday + all U.S holidays
Emails received outside of business hours will be addressed during the next 1-2 business days.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times vary depending on the service purchased.
Standard processing for à la carte design services is approximately 5–14 business days.
Specific timelines are listed on individual product or service pages.
Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees, and may shift depending on current workload.
Important: Turnaround time does not begin until your design form is fully completed and submitted. Revision rounds, edits, and change requests extend the overall timeline.
Design Form
Clients must complete the design form in full after purchase. Projects will not begin until the form is submitted.
The form is accessible in the top and bottom menus of the website.
You will also receive 1–2 follow-up emails with instructions and a direct link to complete the form.
Failure to submit the form promptly will result in delays to your project.
Ghost Policy/Project Abandonment
Clients have 72 hours to respond to all communication regarding proofs, revisions, or approvals.
Each late reply extends turnaround time by 2–5 business days and may move your project to the back of the queue.
Example: If contacted Monday morning and no reply is received until Wednesday night, your project will be delayed 2–5 business days.
If no communication is received for 10 days, the project will be considered abandoned and cancelled without refund.
To restart a cancelled project, a reopening fee will be required.
Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of design services, refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be granted for:
Choosing another designer
Buyer’s remorse
Failure to use the provided designs
Dissatisfaction with concepts once work has already been completed
If you wish to cancel after work has begun, no refund will be provided for payments made.
Chargebacks/Disputes:
All supporting documentation will be submitted to your bank and/or Shopify for investigation.
You will be permanently banned from future purchases.
You are prohibited from using any designs created by Seven14 Designs in the event of a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.
Right of Refusal:
Seven14 Designs reserves the right to cancel any order if:
The client exhibits disrespectful or abusive behavior
Policies are not followed
Timelines are disregarded
In such cases, no refunds will be issued. Maintaining a respectful and professional working relationship is required.
Website Design Services
Clients are responsible for all ongoing costs, including hosting, domain fees, third-party apps, and Shopify subscriptions.
Seven14 Designs does not configure sales tax.
Clients must ensure their products/services comply with Shopify’s terms. Seven14 Designs is not liable for suspensions or closures due to prohibited content.
Designer Credit: A discreet credit link (“Website designed by www.seven14designs.com”) will appear in the footer of all websites. This credit may not be removed without written permission.
Identity Verification
Seven14 Designs may request proof of identity after purchase. This may include secure ID verification through Shopify apps. Failure to comply may result in order cancellation. This is a fraud-prevention measure to protect both the client and Seven14 Designs.
Revisions and Edits
Each project includes up to 3 complimentary revisions.
Additional revisions: $15 per round.
Revisions cover minor adjustments only (color tweaks, font changes, small sizing edits).
A new design request is not considered a revision.
Final Approval:
Once a design is approved and delivered, the project is considered closed.
Any edits requested after approval will incur additional fees.
Clients are responsible for checking spelling and details prior to approval.
Multiple Services or Packages
If booking multiple services, each will be completed one at a time. Client approval for one service is required before proceeding to the next.
Ownership, Unused work and Resale Rights
Unapproved or unused design concepts remain the property of Seven14 Designs.
Clients may only use the final approved and paid design.
Use of unapproved concepts without permission will result in legal action. All design materials created by Seven14 Designs—including but not limited to logo concepts, brand marks, website layouts, graphics, flyers, ads, and source files (collectively, “Concepts”)—remain the exclusive property of Seven14 Designs unless and until (a) the client approves a final design in writing and (b) all outstanding invoices are paid in full. Concepts that are not selected, not approved, or become unused due to cancellation, abandonment, non-payment, or chargeback are not licensed to the client for any purpose. Seven14 Designs expressly reserves the right to modify, re-license, and resell any unused or rejected Concepts to other clients or the public. Upon cancellation or chargeback, any license previously contemplated or granted automatically terminates, and the client agrees to cease all use and to delete any copies of drafts, proofs, or files supplied for review. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or derivative use of unused Concepts constitutes infringement and may result in additional fees, takedown requests, and/or legal remedies.
Font Licensing
Seven14 Designs does not provide or transfer font licenses. While fonts may be used in your design, it is the client’s responsibility to purchase appropriate licenses for commercial use. Failure to do so may result in legal or financial liability, for which Seven14 Designs holds no responsibility.
File Delivery and Ownership
Final logo files include JPG, PNG, and PDF formats.
Source files (.AI, .PSD, etc.) are not included unless purchased separately.
All designs remain property of Seven14 Designs until final payment is received.
Payments
Full payment is required at checkout unless selecting a third-party installment service (e.g., Shop Pay Installments, Sezzle, Zip).
Failure to complete payments will result in suspension or cancellation of services.
Portfolio and Marketing use
Seven14 Designs retains the right to share completed projects across social media, website, and portfolio materials.
If you wish to delay public posting until your brand launch, notify us in writing to hello@seven14designs.com
Outsourcing Policy
In the event of an emergency (illness, family emergency, natural disaster), Seven14 Designs may outsource portions of a project to a qualified designer with similar expertise. Clients agree to this possibility upon purchase.
Confidentiality
Seven14 Designs respects client confidentiality. Any sensitive business information shared during the design process will not be disclosed to third parties, except for outsourced designers (if required).
Intellectual Property
Upon final payment and delivery, the client receives full rights to use the approved final design(s) for their business. Seven14 Designs retains rights to display the work for marketing and portfolio purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Seven14 Designs is not liable for:
Any loss of revenue, business opportunities, or damages resulting from design use
Issues arising from improper licensing of fonts, third-party services, or platforms such as Shopify
Technical failures beyond our control
Services are provided “as-is” without guarantees beyond those explicitly stated.
