• Branded Onboarding PDF Packet: Includes welcome letter, compliance checklist, and ERO application form all custom designed and tailored to your brand.
• Shopify Website Designed For Your Software: Includes homepage design, up to 5 pages, up to 10 product/software listings, email pop up, mobile and desktop optimization, etc. Domain not included. 

Client is responsible for all website/jotform/canva related fees.

This is a LARGE design package and can take between 30-75 business days to complete not including edits/revisions. Please book accordingly. Your turnaround time does not begin until your design form has been submitted.
