Step 01: Complete New Client Form

If you're new here, navigate to the menu and complete the new client inquiry form. Please allow 72 hours for a decision to be emailed to you.

Step 02: Wait For Email Approval

You will receive an email approval or denial within 24-72 hours. If approved, you are free to purchase/book any services from the site at anytime.

Step 03: Complete Design Form

After purchase, you must complete your design form related to your service. Forms are located in the top menu under the "forms" tab.

I just placed an order - what's next?

Thank you so much for your order! I can't wait to get started! Please gather all information relevant to your purchased service and complete your design form. A list of all forms are located in the top menu under "FORMS" page. Turnaround times begin only after your form has been submitted.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround times are different and vary for each service. Please check the service description for an estimated TAT. Please note that turn around times are estimates and may vary depending on the designers current workload and are not guaranteed. Turnaround times do not include edit/revision requests.

Can I cancel my order with you?

If you'd like to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours to receive a full refund. If you cancel your order after the 24 hour timeframe, no refund will be given and you will not be able to place any future orders with us. For cancellations, please email us at hello@seven14designs.com.

Do you offer edits/revisions for your graphics?

Yes! Most designs include 3 complimentary edits/revisions with your purchase. (Some include more, please check service description.) Edits/revisions are slight changes like color change, placement, etc. An edit/revision is not a full new design concept. To avoid additional edits/revisions please be sure to complete your design form with as many details/inspo as possible. Additional edits/revisions may be purchased for an additional fee.
